   Are you using the right cables? the HDMI? if you’re using the composite hd cables, might want to check the cable connections…you know yellow with yello, red with red LOL…but basically, if you use the HDMI cable it should work since the cable transmits both and audio…
   Check that..if that’s not the problem im sooo sorry for wasting your time

   Check if the Red, White, and Yellow cords are in. Also, make sure the HD cables are in the right slots. All needs to be in the IN slot.

   If you are using the component cables make sure the switch near where it plugs into the xbox is set to hdtv not tv.
