I’d like to know how the HP Integrated HDTV Hybrid Tuner works?
How do I watch TV? Any extra fees? Any other information I should know?

you just need an aerial source and software to view the signal (the HP should have come with it). You also need to make sure the tuners are installed correctly (control panel, system, device manager) – they should show up there, meaning that the drivers are installed and theyre ready to go.
