Subscribe Feed (RSS)I watch SD international channels on HDTV. The quality of picture is not very great . If I use an upconverting DVD player i.e video into the DVD player from satelite box and HDMI out from the DVD player into the tv , will it improve the picture ? One of my friend has recommended this.
No, it will not upconvert inputs, only a dvd. It will simply pass through the signal from the “in” to the “out”. (Hopefully that makes sense) Honestly thoe, you should buy a PS3 or a Blu-ray player (just my opinion).
No, it will ONLY upconvert the DVD’s played through the DVD player and make them look better. Save your money and buy a PS3 for the gaming system, and the blu-ray player, with FREE wireless updates.
Sure why not ? I mean why would you spend your money on a upconverter when you can buy for a little more bluray . Seriously your going to be dissapointed with that crap .
