How Do I Connect My Laptot To My Hdtv Using A Vga Cable That I Have Plugged In Laptop And Rgb In The Tv???

so far i went to display properties settings and set up the 2 monitors then checked the box that says extend my windows desktop onto this monitor. only the desktop wallpaper gor transferred to the tv. i dont see any icons nor do i see the mouse on the tv????

What Is The Difference Between A Tv That Says Hdtv And Hdtv Ready?

basically, An HDTV ready tv means that you can watch HDTV right when you hook it up. The HDTV is saying that it has the capabilities to handle HDTV programs movies, etc.

Media Center Pc That Supports Hdtv With Cable Card And Not Ir Blasting?

I’m looking for a media center PC (much like my HP) that can handle HDTV without a set top box, by using a cable card. My cable company is comcast. It’s amazing how difficult it is to figure this out.
